The biggest night in Hollywood takes place Sunday as the stars arrive for the Academy Awards.But such an event requires months of preparation, including rehearsal for the A-list presenters.Salma Hayek, Natalie Portman and Timothée Chalamet were among those running lines onstage at Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on Saturday. The venue was staffed with production crew, adjusting lighting and putting finishing touches on the set, dressed with 40,000 Swarovski crystals.Seats were marked with cardboard placards, featuring the names of A-list actors like Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt and Charlize Theron. Celebs who were there opted for their casual daytime looks before going through hair, makeup and designer styling for the real thing.They paired up with their presenting partners, as they rehearsed their bits and figured out their blocking. Hayek went makeup free as she sported a black Balenciaga shirt with matching printed pajama pants from the designer brand. Portman wore a black turtleneck with faded jeans, as she took the stage with co-presenter Chalamet, who rocked an oversized teal sweater.His movie Little Women is up for several awards at Sunday’s show, including Best Motion Picture. Maya Rudolph reunited with her longtime pal and Bridesmaids co-star Kristen Wiig to present together. She sported a casual chic blue floral button-down blouse, tucked into a pair of high-waited jeans. Wiig kept warm in an oversized black sweater with the sleeves rolled up, paired with black jeans. According to People, Chalamet geeked out at the sight of the funny ladies: ‘Oh my gosh, this is an epic thing to see!’As he sat front row, Rudolph quipped back at her biggest fan: ‘Save that for after you see it!’ He and Portman were up after the duo of funny ladies, as he said: ‘They’re right before us?! Oh God!’ Jane Fonda took the stage in a fuchsia satin blouse, tucked into a pair of dark denim flared jeans. The two-time Oscar winner exited the stage after rehearsal, joking with a crew member: ‘I’m hungover so I made a few mistakes.’ Sandra Oh donned a chic look in a black and white houndstooth jacket as co-presenter Ray Romano sported a white Titleist baseball cap.Romano starred in Martin Scorsese’s The Irishman, which is up for a whopping 10 Oscars, including Best Motion Picture. Mindy Kaling wore a buffalo plaid topcoat with a blue sweatsuit and white strappy platform stilettos.The heels were a sneak peek at her look for the night of, as the crew needed to adjust the mic for her height. Tom Hanks served cool dad vibes in a black denim jacket as he took the stage with Academy President David Rubin.
